      Summary of Experience - Mr. Nidowicz is a registered professional engineer in Alaska, Washington and several other western states. He has over 25 years of experience in Alaska and the Russian Far East as a geotechnical engineer and engineering manager. From 1987 to 2001 he was Vice President and Managing Principal of the Alaska operations of Harding ESE. He has directed and managed geotechnical, environmental, and engineering projects involving transportation facilities, structures, pipelines, offshore oil exploration and production projects. He is an active member of the Resource Development Council of Alaska, Project Management Institute, and other professional groups.

      Summary of Experience - Ms. Wright is a certified professional geologist (CPG 10638) and a licensed geologist in Alaska and Washington. She has more than 20 years of management and field experience in geology, hydrogeology, hazardous waste investigation, remediation and technical writing and editing. Her work history includes mineral exploration in Alaska and other western states, four years as a full-time college-level geology instructor, and 16 years in the engineering and environmental consulting industry. Her technical background and practical experience as a scientist and manager, coupled with her technical writing and editing abilities, form a unique combination of skills not frequently found in the industry. She is an active member of the Alaska Miners Association and the Resource Development Council of Alaska.
